  • To begin the work , the employer and the Yusho Corp should execute an agency agreement between them stating all the terms and condition in regards to the supply of manpower from India.The Agreement should be signed by both the parties.

  • On Receipt of the demand from the employer, we analyze the requirements in details.

    We search the required categories from our database / Headhunting / Job Portals. We also flash the advertisement in job portals and receive the applications through email or post. If needed or on client demand we publish the categories in leading newspapers to get the fast response.

    Our team first prescreens / Shortlist the applications and then forwards it to the client for their review and consideration.

    We arrange personal interview of shortlisted candidates with the client and for technicians we arrange trade test center.

    After selection of the candidates, we get the visa documents ( E Vakala , Demand letter , Power Of Attorney, Employment Agreement) and provisional offer letter from the Company and get the acceptance of the candidate. We immediately send the candidate for medical checkup and after that for degree attestation if Engineer.

    Our Recruitment team is closely monitoring the status of the candidate, when Candidate submits all his documents we submit his passport for the visa Endorsement to respective consulate-Mumbai.

    Once stamping done we send his visa stamped copy to the client for PTA or we look after his departure.

    Sending the flight details to the employer for the Airport pickup and taking the acknowledgment.

    At the time of travelling we again inform the candidates about their duties and responsibilities so that he can be ready to work from day one.
